Green Habits operates greenhabits.online, a publication about practical sustainability in everyday homes. This page explains the information processed when you read the site or contact us.
Information you send through the Contact page
The contact form asks for an email address, subject, and message; a name is optional. We use the details to answer questions, review correction requests, and deal with site issues. Please do not include passwords, payment information, health details, or other sensitive information.
The form sends submissions by email to the site administrator. Contact Form 7 does not save entries in the WordPress database by default, and no message-storage extension is active. Messages may remain in the receiving email system for as long as needed to reply, document a correction, or address a security or legal issue; they should be deleted when no longer needed. Delivery depends on the site mail service.
WordPress and hosting information
WordPress and the hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, and request time, to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose faults, or operate the service. Green Habits has not added a separate analytics platform. The hosting provider may maintain technical logs under its own service terms.
Cookies
WordPress uses session and login cookies for authorized people who sign in to edit or administer the site. Public readers do not need an account to browse Green Habits, and comments and public registration are disabled. The site currently has no analytics or advertising cookies configured by Green Habits.
Advertising and analytics
Google AdSense and other advertising services are not currently running on this site. If advertising or analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before those services are enabled to explain the data and cookie practices involved, the relevant service providers, and available privacy or consent choices.
Sharing and external links
We do not sell contact-form information. Form messages are handled by WordPress and the site’s email delivery and hosting services for the purposes described above. Pages may link to outside websites; those services apply their own privacy notices and practices.
Your requests
You can ask us to correct or delete a contact message, or raise a privacy question, through the Contact page. We may need enough information to identify the relevant message before acting on a request.

This notice may change when site features or data practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised. Please check this page again before submitting information if you have questions about a particular feature.
